Substances and materials that you do not have to notify to the Product Registry
You do not have to notify the following products to the Product Registry:
- Articles such as thermometers or plastic buckets
- Products used only in private households
- Products imported/produced in quantities of less than 100 kg per year *
- Food, beverages and tobacco ready for consumption
- Pharmaceuticals prepared for consumption
- Feedstuffs
- Cosmetics
- Waste
- Products containing radioactive substances
- Medical equipment to be used in direct contact with the human body, provided that other legislation stipulates rules on notification
- Products manufactured or imported solely for testing purposes in quantities of less than 1,000 kg, for the use of only few people
- Products that are in Denmark only in transit.
- Liquid products solely notifiable because of their content of one or more of the following substances on the WEA list of Limit Values for Substances and Materials (in Danish):
- Titanium dioxide
- Iron oxide
- Kaolin, respirable
- Silica, SiO2, amorphous
- Silica, SiO2, amorphous, respirable
- Products regulated only by the general limit values for organic dust and mineral dust (for more details see WEA Guideline C.0.1 - Limit Values for Substances and Materials)
